Webb27 okt. 2024 · It happens no matter which launcher I use. Sims 4 doesn't start even when I attempt to open it without a launcher. This started when I installed EA Desktop. Webb21 juni 2024 · tl;dr: Completely removed all the Sims 4 installs and deleted the sims 4 folder from my steam directory, uninstalled origin, reinstalled Sims 4 from steam and ran that to reinstall Origin. Running Sims4 straight from Steam now (it does still launch and run from Origin in the background, but I am initiating it on the Steam side)
