MethoCult™ GF M3434 is formulated to support optimal growth of erythroid progenitor cells (CFU-E and BFU-E), granulocyte-macrophage WebFlow-sorted CMP and MEP (1,500 cells/ml) were seeded in Methocult GF M3434 media containing SCF, IL-3, IL-6, IL-11, GM-CSF, Flt3-ligand, TPO, and EPO, with or without LPA receptor agonists (LPA2 agonist GRI and LPA3 agonist OMPT). The total number of colonies was quantified after 14 days of culture.
