So if you intend to craft a brand new legendary all the way to the new max level in 9.2 I would assume you would still need Soul Ash, Soul Cinders (both from Torghast) and the new currency. WebJust run one of the two standard Torghast wings available each week, on the highest layer you can manage. I believe Soul Cinders start dropping at layer 9, but you might want to double-check. Even as a healer, you should be able to use anima powers to turn yourself into a DPS powerhouse.
