You do have a build limit and unless you have applied a mod to remove the build limit, the game should run fine in Sanctuary. Just take out some stuff from the workshop and move it to another settlement. WebIf you want to stop the crashing downloading the unlimited settlement size off of the nexus is pretty damn good as it crashes when i reach 80% settlement limit since i cant get that far now i've had no problems. The issue is random. I played for 20-30 hours without building a single thing in Sanctuary Hills. I just got luck it lasted that long.
